The Fix: Here's What We Built
Mentorship shouldn't come down to luck, connections, or how much you can pay for it. That's why we built MENTORx - real medical students, residents, and attendings, actually available to talk. We want people to find someone they trust and get the stuff no one else tells you straight

So What's The Problem?
High quality mentorship is extremely variable -- it's personality dependent, varies heavily by institution, and leads to huge opportunity differences. Existing options are unstructured and often inaccessible due to cost or availability.

The Mentor I Never Had
I would have loved to talk to someone a few years ahead of me during my fourth year of medical school. Instead I had Reddit, SDN, and a ton of anxiety. Good mentorship shouldn't be that hard to find.
